hi! I’m so excited you’re here!

I’m andrea - i wake up at 5am everyday and i love it, so naturally I talk about it on instagram + share all about why mornings are my favourite part of the day. This means that I’m asked the same question every. Single. day.

What’s your morning routine?

Truthfully, my morning routine changes a little bit every few weeks or so - so instead of sharing a routine with you I’m just gonna change anyways, I thought I’d put together a 30 minute version that’s super simple to do, that you can do from anywhere, and that will raise your vibration for the entire day.

Step one: MAKE YOUR BED (i’m serious.)

So, in January of 2019 (not that long ago my friend!) I made the daily commitment of making my bed every day, and honestly, it’s been the biggest change of my life. It might sound dramatic, but the fact that i immediately start my day by being productive, then I go about my day + as I get into bed, I’m reminded of the fact that I started my day by being a bawse.  2019 went on to be the most transformative year of my life + honestly I accredit lots of it to starting and maintaining that habit.

Let’s be real: making your bed takes 5 minutes. It’s an easy win to start the day, and you go to bed reminding yourself that you’re awesome.

So that’s step one. It takes 5 minutes. Do it.

Step two: EFT tapping

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and it’s the process of tapping on meridians on your body to help you release nervous system trauma. Because here’s the thing: your limiting beliefs aren’t just in your head. They’re in your body, too. So through EFT tapping, you can release limiting beliefs, motivate yourself, and truly shift your energy.

So, go ahead and do this video! It’s short, motivating, and great. You’re fucking unstoppable and after this EFT session - you’ll finally believe it.

your journaling prompt: what would today look like at your next level?

This is my favourite section! I suggest setting a 15 minute timer + journaling until the timer goes off, that will keep this under 30 min. Here’s what I suggest: treat your “next level” as whatever your next manifestation would be. So if you’re looking to sign your first client, journal a day in your life after signing your first client! “I’m so grateful that I signed my first client last week - I’m so grateful that I can support my client while I call in my second client!”

If you want to be calling in 10K + 20K months but you’re still beginning, don’t jump to this point. You want to be reaching for the next believable step. This will really help you embody your next level + raise your vibration.
