BWYP EP 27: YOU NEED WEEKENDS OFF IF YOU'RE GROWING A LONG TERM BUSINESS. HERE'S WHY YOU NEED TO DITCH THE "HUSTLE" & THE "GRIND".

ep 26 (1).png

Something that entrepreneurs think of LAST when they're growing a business is to how rest & take care of yourself while you grow, and I'm here to tell you that I think that's ass-backwards. To reach big goals & build a sustainable, long-term business, you're asking a lot of your body & ind, so I think that taking care of yourself is one of the most important things you can do - and time off (in my opinion) is one of the best ways to do that.

Take care of yourself, people.

BWYP EP 25 - What I've Learned About Self-Care From Growing a Business with a Brain Injury

ep 25.png

Today, I get pretty personal about my brain surgery & what it's been like to grow a business & reach big goals when you have a serious health concern that requires a lot of care, because the lessons are universal. What I've learned about listening to my body, prioritizing myself + moving past obstacles are all lessons that we need to keep in mind, I kind of just am going through a more intense version of that.

You can listen to this episode right here, using the player above, or you can click the buttons below to listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

This whole discussion around brain fog + #dialupbrain is completely inspired by Abagail Pumphrey , one half of Think Creative Collective - she's the only other biz owner I know of that has a brain injury & I'm so grateful to know that I'm at least not the only one. You can find her podcast, website, instagram + Facebook page here - I've been a part of her creative community on Facebook and have learned SO MUCH just from the community, let alone the incredible trainings that she & her business partner Emylee are constantly rolling out. Thank you so much for the inspiration, Abagail!

BWYP EP 24 With Celebrity Astrologer Tiffani Purdy: Using Astrology to Skyrocket your Biz + Become #AlignedAf

ep 24 - tiffani purdy.png

On the podcast today, we get to listen to 45 minutes of me trying not to pee my pants from excitement - because I'm talking to celebrity astrologer Tiffani Purdy! She uses human design + astrology to support celebrities, influencers, high achieving entrepreneurs + the people who support them & honestly? She's everything. I've fallen into astrology SUPER recently and I'm so happy that my rabid curiosity helped me find Tiffani. She shares about how she used astrology to pivot her business, keep her on track & change her life - she shares predictions about what Tony Robbin's might have coming up in his next few years, just for fun, and she also dives into how (despite the immense amount of BS) her Saturn Return has been the best year of her life.

To listen to the podcast, just click on the player at the top of this post OR you can listen in on iTunes & Spotify - just remember to subscribe so you don't miss an episode (that's my tip for ya).

If you'd like to connect with Tiffany, you can find her on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or her website.

BWYP EP 23 - What it's really like to be a solopreneur with Zoe Linda

EP 23.png

Zoe Linda was on the podcast this week & I didn't even embarrass myself nerding out.  She is an affiliate marketing guru, but as a one-woman show in her biz, she also knows the realness that is the work-from-home life.

She talk about the lessons she learned, her expectations going in, her excitement in leaving the office life behind & how she manages the (sometimes) lonely life of an entrepreneur.  Give it a listen on the player attached, or on iTunes & Spotify.

But, the thing is, Zoe wasn't just on the podcast to indulge all of us with her adorable accent - tomorrow, we're rolling out a joint masterclass on building sustainable, long-term routines.  In the masterclass, you're going to learn The Pillar Method to easily create grounding, energizing routines AND you're going to work through it with us BOTH as we build a routine along-side you!

Sign up ASAP - it's happening tomorrow AND there's only 200 seats.  It'll be a real party, we're going over everything you need to know + laying out your next steps!

Here's where you can find Zoe's Instagram, Facebook & website

BWYP EP 22: 4 THINGS I WASN'T GOING TO TELL YOU

ep 22 (1).png

This week on Bloom Where You're Planted, it gets personal.

Like, almost-didn't-hit-publish personal.

But, I've been starting to feel like I was hiding something.  I never want to look like I have it all together, I want it to be clear that I'm very much a constant work in progress.

So, this week, I'm sharing some of my highs + lows with you guys & trying to lean in to how uncomfortable I am & embrace the vulnerability.  I'm talking about things like:

  • the self-doubt struggle
  • being married at 20 & divorced by 22
  • my goals to be a millionaire
  • & my love of all things witchy & woo

You can tune in right here on this post, or you could listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify!

Feeling Lost? Clarity is the GPS That Will Move You Forward

ep 21.png

On this week's podcast episode, I share a little bit about what I learned at my lowest low & the shifts I made to move forward.  It seemed like the more clarity I gained, the easier and easier it became to finally pull myself out of the lows & move towards my best life.

Since clarity was such a game changer for me, I've been hell-bent on getting other women the results I'd gotten.  So, I took what I learned & created the #5daydreamlife challenge - a free email + Facebook challenge for sensitive creatives who know that the first step to living their best life is to get clear + specific as to what that looks like.

The challenge is running from June 25-29, 2018, and it's a gamechanger.  It's already taken hundreds of women through it & really shifted lives there, so I can't wait to open the doors & start the challenge to an entirely new group.  You in?  Just sign up for free below!  I can't wait to see how you grow through this challenge!

Anyways, I hope you loved this episode!  You can play it in the player, or, if you'd like, you can listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts

Thanks for listening!
